A Day In San Francisco: Video

A Day In San Francisco from Daniel Myers on Vimeo.

After a Revolve show in Sacramento, I spent an extra day with my friend Sean doing some sight-seeing in & around San Francisco. We only had one day but we got to see a lot of fun stuff around the city including Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge!

Time off is great

These past few weeks I've been trying to enjoy some much needed vacation time. Since I've been married (almost two months) I've been on the road way too much and the Fall is going to be just as busy, so I'm trying to make sure I use this time I have at home now be around as much as possible. However, since Laura has a real job it does leave me with a lot of free time during the day, which I have greatly enjoyed. I've gotten all sorts of productive stuff done and have had time to play around with all my little hobbies (such as this blog and a redesign of my website). I know that this time won't last forever (and I think that is a large part of why it is so enjoyable), but until I hit the road again next month for The Revolve Tour, I'm just enjoying life with my wife (hey that rhymed! maybe I should try my hand at some poetry...)

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Well, lots of new things to update! SHOUTfest 07 has officially come to an end. It was a great experience and I hope that I get to do it again next year. This video is a little tour of the SHOUTfest crew and bus...

Right now I'm in NC with Laura's family for the Thanksgiving weekend. I'll update a little more about what's been going on here later.

Spring Break Pictures

Well I'm back in Nashville now and am trying to get back into the routine of thins. It's hard to believe that I only have another 8 weeks of school left. Wow, even typing makes my stomach queasy. At this point it's not so much fear of what will happen after graduation, as much as getting to graduation. I just want to make it there, I'll worry about what happens next after it's all said and done.

On a lighter note, my last Spring Break was a blast. Micah and I got back from Panama City on Wednesday evening after a great long weekend with Chris and his friends Derek and Bethany. We had hoped to spend more time at the beach doing typical spring break stuff I guess, but since it was so chilly while we were there we decided to spend most of our time just hanging out. We still had a lot of fun with everything from the Wii to Chris's potato gun. I just got most of the pictures posted up on my picasaweb page today so you can go check them out.

until next time...
